The Micro Can Horizontal Flip Rinse is a pre-filling can rinsing unit designed for use with the Micro Can CL5 and CP6 canning lines. The unit inverts each can and flushes it with sterile filtered air (or optionally water) before it enters the filler, removing dust and debris that could affect product quality.

Driven by a PLC-controlled star wheel rated at 2,000 cans per hour, the unit operates automatically in sync with the canning line via inlet and line sensors – starting and stopping as needed, and always finishing a complete can to ensure full date coding on the base.

Interchangeable cassettes allow quick changeover between can sizes with no tools required. Available cassette sizes: 150ml, 200ml, 250ml, 330ml Sleek, 330ml Standard, 440ml, 500ml and 568ml.
